Dear guests
In the very center of Split, 1700 years old, you can find the House-Hotel SIMONI that offers its guests a unique atmosphere in the newly refurbished apartments. SIMONI has built its family tradition since 2004. Out staff will work tirelessly ta make your stay in our Hotel-House as pleasant as possible. You will treasure your memories of your vacation with us.

In our newly furnished house, (studio) apartments are equipped exclusively and each has its own mini kitchen, private bathroom, air conditioning and satellite TV. Some of them have a large balcony overlooking the sea and the Diocletian Palace. And our staffs will tire to maximize your stay in our hotel-house as pleasant as possible to remain in your memory.

Car can get to the entrance door and we can ensure that you get free parking in front of our house.

If you are coming from the airport we can meet you there and offer you a transfer (cheaper than the tax) to the hotel-house.

If you want to wash the laundry, you can also arranged with our courteous staff.

If you are coming with your pets, please notify us prior to arrival.
